    Great article on daytime sleeping – and much needed information! I worked night shift for 10 years, and I used all of these techniques. Plus I used a white-noise machine to keep me from hearing gardeners and such from disturbing me.

    Hi! I know this is an older post, but it’s a great infographic! I also work night shift and recently started uses blue light blocking glasses. What a game -changer! I feel more productive once I wake up and fall to sleep without an issue. Great suggestion with herbal tea overnight too- peppermint tea my go-to. Thanks again.
